January 15: Deadline registration presenting authors; necessary to ensure abstract scheduling
February 8: Deadline cancellation; reimbursement of registration fee, minus EUR 50.00 handling charges until this date
March 4: Deadline advance registration; no reduced fees as of March 5
March 8-10: On-site registration at venue open; registration hours to be announced


Abstracts

January 8: Deadline abstract submission
January 15: Deadline abstract withdrawal/modification
January 15: Deadline registration presenting authors; necessary to ensure abstract scheduling
January 25: Notification of abstract scheduling/rejection to submitting author
