Speaker-ready-room at venue: Room D202, second floor (one level above congress level)

Speaker-ready-room opening hours:
March 8: 07.45-17.00 hours
March 9: 07.45-17.00 hours
March 10: 07.45-14.00 hours

Speakers, please report to the speaker-ready-room at least one hour before start of the session for your slide check.

Express information for poster presenters
Presenting authors must be registered as TAT 2012 delegate on Friday, January 27, 12.00 noon CET. 
Poster mounting at the venue: March 8, 08.00-12.00 hours am
Poster viewing period: March 8, 17.15-18.30 hours; presenter must be at his/her poster
