Registration fees cover access to lectures, poster sessions, exhibits, coffee/tea and lunch during the congress, internet access at the venue, a copy of the program book, a USB memo stick containing the abstracts of TAT 2012, access to abstracts online and webcasts after the meeting. 

Early registration is closed.

Late registration (registration and payment between January 9 and March 4, 2012):
Regular: EUR 650.00
ESMO member/NCI employee: EUR 525.00*
Student/resident in training: EUR 300.00*

On-site registration (registration and payment after March 4, 2012):
All delegate categories: EUR 750.00

* ESMO membership, employment by NCI, or student/resident status must be documented in order to be eligible for the reduced fee.

Press & media
Representatives of the press and communications agencies with media credentials may request a press badge at no charge. To register as press, journalists must present media identification or a business card issued by a recognized news organization or publication to the TAT 2012 Secretariat. Freelance journalists must present a letter of assignment on letterhead from a recognized news organization or publication, and a business card. Click here to view the complete TAT 2012 Press & Media Policy.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation of registration has to be made in writing to the TAT 2011 Congress Secretariat. If a cancellation is received before or on February 8, 2011, reimbursement of the registration fee, minus EUR 50.00 handling charges, will be made. After this date, or if registrants fail to attend the congress for any reason whatsoever, regrettably no refund can be made.
